'Projects'

The boys LOVE 'projects'. They ask everyday..."what project are we doing today?" Sometimes I put specific things out, like the paint chips, but mostly I say, "what would you like to do?" Lately they want to cut!!! .... And tape. They love tape :)

Paint chip cutting.....

I saw the idea of cutting paint chips and had to head to Home Depot! The kids really liked it and are now asking for different colors....Home Depot is on the list for this weekend....I might have to hit a few stores!

It's been awhile!.....

It's been awhile since I have posted. A lot has been going on. Finally calm, so hopefully I'll post more :)

We brought the airplane down from blueberry....they love it!

Rainbow roses :)

It didn't take long for these white roses to turn color! This morning at circle time, We talked about what might happen to the white roses when put into colored water. When they woke up from nap time..... Surprise!!! everyone, including teachers, were so excited!!

This is inside the playhouse. They can climb in and out the window...pretty cool! The girls have climbed up for a good seat to watch the 'show'. They also decorate this space themselves.

We were patterning with the noodles.... Instead of a Red, Yellow, Green pattern, Quincy wanted to do Red, Green, Green, Yellow, Green, Red. He stuck with it for 3 rounds....

Another Pinterest find.....It turned out super cute! We added stems to the apples on the trees...
We got 8 different kinds of Apples. We arranged them from biggest to smallest...then we tested 3 of them for lunch. YUM! tomorrow...apple pie!
We have been measuring everything!!! tomorrow we will measure with Apples!!
