Random today....

Our sensory bin is filled with poms....Korina added little plastic cups with color chips to match the poms so they could do some matching!

purdy, Quinalin....just so you know...it isn't a heart!! It's a monster truck and in this picture he is drawing the dirt under the truck. He was adament about NOT having to paint a heart today!!!!....so we put wheels on it!

awww.....He loves his books! even in a box....

Korina picked up a bunch of small brooms and pans at the dollar store....now they can scoop up their own messes made at the sensory table...or anywhere else!!!

Cornmeal floor

Here is a reason one should always check on quiet little kiddos. I was reading to the little ones over on the rug, and the older ones were working quite well together....all getting along. We have cornmeal in the sensory tub...well, not anymore....and I could hear them discussing all the cakes and pies and cookies and how to cook and eat them. You can imagine my surprise when I went over to have a taste. There wasn't much to say but "wow". and yes....I will keep the cornmeal around for another week. It will probably only last that long. By the way...if you were wondering what foreign matter was in their hair...it is the cornmeal.

Hide and seek

Connor started a game of hide and seek under the sensory table. The kids would cover the table and then quickly move it all away so they could see Connor. He was cracking up!!
Hey....were did everyone go???...... Ohhhh.....there they are!!
